We understand that everyone’s skin is different. If you have had an adverse effect or reaction from any of our products, please discontinue use and contact us straight away for a full refund. Amora continue to practice a high-level of quality control when producing our skincare range. Amora body is not liable for any reaction from our products make sure you read our labels and an allergy patch test is always recommended before use. Always discontinue use if you get a reaction.
CHANGE OF MIND
We will offer an exchange or refund if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase provided that items are left in their original condition and are not opened or used. Please contact us within 14 days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Once the item is received we will organise your refund to your original payment method.
Amora reserve the right to not offer an exchange or refund if the item has been used, opened or damaged.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you have been sent the incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide us with your order details and images of the incorrect item. We will then send you the correct item as soon as possible at no additional fee.
If your item has been damaged please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email with your order details and photos of the item. We will send you another item as soon as possible or offer a refund at no extra cost.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible to update your address. If the item has not been sent out, we can change it for you. If the item has been sent out, we will attempt to contact the freight company to redirect the parcel. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed.
